My name is Emily Montenegro-Cruz and I am finishing up my family nurse practitioner clinical experiences with United States University. I am seeking a preceptor for primary care and women's health, to help enrich my development as a nurse practitioner in training. My next clinical practicum cohort begins March 3, 2026 and ends April 27, 2026. I would be grateful to find a preceptor for 35 more hours within these dates. My final clinical rotation begins May 5, 2026 and ends June 29, 2026 and I will need 135 hours during those dates. I am local to Las Vegas and have worked with pediatric patients as a registered nurse for the past 5 years with the children in our local community. Prior to that, my experience consists of adult ICU at University Medical Center for 6 years. As a nurse practitioner student I have experience managing patients of all ages at the Southern Nevada Health District Family Health Center and refugee clinic. I am open and highly interested in establishing connections that lead to future employment opportunities as a nurse practitioner while I complete my clinical practicum requirements.
